I am very pleased with SHS ‘ s work and service! They recently did a retaining wall and deck construction for me and I can’t say enough praises for Jordan and his crew. Professional, detailed oriented work and creative problem solving! Friendly and kind service which involved me in every step of construction. Kelsey Serrano , the owner , is super professional and easy to work with. Best experience in years dealing with handyman/ construction services. And last not least- the price was right😊.

Kelsey and her team have been such a huge help for me. I recently moved to Rochester and didn’t know anyone in town, but I needed reliable help due to my mobility limitations. From the start, they have been incredibly dependable, professional, and kind. Also, Jacob is very quick-thinking and resourceful. A couple pieces of mobility equipment I had didn’t have manuals, and he still figured everything out without any issues. That kind of problem-solving and willingness to jump in and help is amazing. You can have confidence that it will get done right. I truly appreciate how easy they’ve made things during a stressful transition. I will absolutely continue using them and will be a regular as long as I’m living in Rochester. Highly recommend!

SHS did a wonderful job replacing the door trim and installing storm doors on my front and back door. They worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Top notch handy man service! From the start, Kelsie communicates easily with you to discuss the work you need done. She is very prompt, and very helpful. Sent pictures of what my bathroom floor would look like with different colors of LVP. It was SO helpful and saved me a trip to Home Depo. Jordan came over to give us an estimate, explained everything and answered all my questions. Very nice guy! This is the second time we have had work done with this company. Other job was bathroom shower fixture replaced and new toilet. We live in a double wide trailer, so I was concerned as things are never easy to fix in a trailer. These guys know their stuff. Can't say enough about Cody!! He did all the work stated above. A jack of all trades! Great personality, extremely hard worker! Everything got cleaned up like I never knew he was there, but all was new! Very very happy with this company and we will hire them for anything in the future!

SHS Construction provided work at our home that was excellent. Kelsey’s crew went above and beyond the work that was proposed. We would recommend this company to anyone that needs renovations and/or home improvements.
