Most laundry rooms are an afterthought. A washer, a dryer, maybe a shelf that's barely holding on. But there's no reason a room you use every single day can't be functional and actually look good.
Here's what we built out for a repeat customer who trusted us again with another space in their home. The bold navy blue cabinets were a clear vision from the start - full shaker-style doors with crown molding running all the way to the ceiling. A tall floor-to-ceiling cabinet on the left handles deep storage, and the upper wall cabinets above the machines give easy access to detergents, supplies, and anything else that needs a home.
The butcher block countertop sitting right over the washer and dryer is one of those additions that just makes daily use better. Folding laundry, sorting, setting things down - that surface handles all of it without taking up extra floor space. The herringbone pattern in the wood gives it a custom, finished look that ties into the whole design.
We handled the full cabinet install, including all the hardware and hinges, making sure every door sits flush and operates the way it should. That's the kind of detail that separates a polished result from one that just looks okay in photos but feels off in person.
When a past customer comes back for another job, that means a lot to us. It tells us the first project hit the mark. If your laundry room isn't pulling its weight, this is exactly the kind of setup that changes how the whole space feels.
